1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the order value (to cover shipping and handling costs).
Note: Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used vape products, including e-liquids and accessories, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products used, opened, or not in their original packaging.
E-liquids, cartridges, or disposable vapes (for hygiene reasons).
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at support@thevapeking.shop or thevapekingg@gmail.com . Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for the return.
Provide Proof: For defective or damaged items, include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Pack Securely: Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
4. Refund Process
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt to verify eligibility.
Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Partial Refunds: If applicable, a restocking fee or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address provided by us), we’ll issue a full refund or reship the product at no extra cost.
5. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting us at support@thevapeking.shop or via WhatsApp. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and are subject to the return policy terms above, including potential restocking fees.
COD Cancellations: For COD orders, repeated cancellations or refusal to accept delivery may result in a temporary restriction on placing future COD orders.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
